It deserves its 4 stars. We loved that FAMILY hotel. Booked deluxe room, that included climate control, a work desk and an electronic key card. 12 miles from Penang International airport.

We would go back in flash, the hotel is deluxe. The city view and friendly service. We only slept at the deluxe twin room, but we loved it. We ordered lunch at Jaya, located so close to the venue.
